This opportunity is located in Louisville, KY on our Norton Women and Children's Hospital campus working in an OP setting in Medical Plaza 3 which is connected to the hospital and NICU. The Pediatrician will follow "graduated" NICU babies for their first year of life; the Pediatrician will work with a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to care for these babies. It will include coordination between hospital discharge (which the Pediatrician will attend on a weekly basis) and the high risk clinic. Opportunity to continue to see these patients after year one if the family and Pediatrician choose to do so. No call requirement at this time.
