Join a small group of pediatricians committed to providing true continuity to a diverse group of families. We pride ourselves on creating an office setting where families can discuss all aspects of their children’s health and development in a caring and decidedly non-institutional setting. As an independent practice, we support each of our members to create the work-life balance that suits their needs. We strive to make new physicians into partners after a year so that they will be fully committed to the well-being of the practice. As such, each member is encouraged to integrate their own ideas about the best way to organize and deliver care to the families we serve. The New Haven community offers the chance to care for a range of families including Yale faculty and graduate students as well as families of a broad range of ethnic and socioeconomic backgrounds. We are a cohesive group. We work hard, love our jobs and enjoy the privilege of caring for families over time.
Additional Salary Information: Salary based on schedule- full time/ part time negotiable
