Advanced Practice Registered Nurses / Physician Assistants
MEDNAX has grown from a single medical practice to a trusted health solutions partner. As part of our national medical group, we give you the tools you need to build the career you want. And since what you consider ideal today may be different tomorrow, we give you flexibility to adapt as your personal needs and professional interests change.
We invite you to grow with us and help shape the future of health care.
We have an exciting opportunity for a part-time neonatal nurse practitioner to join our established group of 45 NNPs and 26 neonatologists in Fort Worth, Texas. At Harris Methodist, the NNPs provide comprehensive neonatal care from the delivery room through discharge at nine NICUs, including two tertiary high-risk delivery hospitals and a children's hospital with surgical and ECMO support. Excellent opportunity for professional growth exists for both experienced practitioners and new graduates. You can participate in research, collaborative quality improvement activities and the development and implementation of new protocols.
Fort Worth is the 16th largest city in the United States and the fifth largest city in the state of Texas. The city was voted one of America's Most Livable Communities by Partners for Livable Communities and CNBC also ranked the area fourth as one of the “best cities to relocate to in America.” Real estate remains one of the most affordable in the nation and there is a wide range of residential choices to fit every budget and lifestyle. Education is a priority in Fort Worth and the Fort Worth Independent School District had an 83 percent increase in high-performing schools in recent years and continues to rise at all levels of the Texas Assessment of Knowledge and Skills standards. The cost of living is low and there is no state income tax.
We offer competitive salaries and excellent benefits.
