Anthem has multiple opportunities in Tidewater and Richmond, Virginia. These Pediatric Field Service Coordinator positions support our LTSS (Long Term Services and Support) members from infants through adolescents. You will be working from home or in the field (mileage reimbursed). You must have the flexibility to come into the office for meetings as needed. As the Pediatric Field Service Coordinator Clinician you will work with an RN (if you are not an RN) who has the overall responsibility for the member’s case, as required by applicable state law and contract. You will contribute to the needs of the member’s care coordination process by performing activities within the scope of licensure including:Qualifications
Requires experience working with the pediatric population (infants through adolescent), developmental pediatrics, pediatric rehab, infant/child experience, asthma, cerebral palsy, down’s syndrome, etc.
Your experience must be at least 2 years working with individuals with chronic illnesses, co-morbidities, behavioral health and/or disabilities in a Service Coordinator or similar role; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background
Current, unrestricted RN, LCSW, LPC, or LPN license in the state of Virginia preferred
