This is a growing, well-established pediatric practice, with a multicultural staff serving a diverse population base. Practice in a new 16,000 square foot site with 28 exam rooms, two separate waiting rooms, 8 nurse stations, 4 hearing and vision rooms, and 2 vaccine preparation areas. Join 5 Pediatricians and 6 Nurse Practitioners. AACPP clinicians have a passion for providing the best care possible for underserved children. Candidates should share that enthusiasm. Practice is very focused on quality assurance initiatives – a physician who understands NCQA Medical Home initiatives is preferred. Hispanic bilingual, bicultural pediatrician would be our preference to serve our hispanic population. Full or part-time. Call occurs for a week at a time every 3-5 weeks (only newborns are seen in the hospital. Circumcisions are performed by the practice on our own newborns. No C&D’s - intensive care nursery and C-sections are covered by neonatologists and inpatients are covered by hospitalists).
