The Division of Adolescent Medicine and Eating Disorders at the Penn State Children's Hospital is seeking a BC/BE Adolescent Medicine Physician for a full-time position.
The faculty member will join 2 Adolescent Medicine fellowship-trained pediatricians, as well as 3 nurse practitioners and other subspecialists
Multidisciplinary clinical practice, with a concentration on children, teens, and young adults with eating disorders
Other divisional clinical activities include weight management, female reproductive health, and school health
Opportunity to teach medical students and residents
Opportunities to initiate and participate in clinical research and quality projects
Academic rank is commensurate with experience
As a member of the academic division, there are ample opportunities to initiate and participate in scholarly projects
There is also the unique opportunity to enroll in our institution's Junior Faculty Development program
This is a mature program designed to assist junior faculty in the development of a project that can lead to a successful and fulfilling academic career
Penn State Hershey Children's Hospital is located in Hershey, PA, and is located near Harrisburg. Hershey is a safe, family -friendly location with access to excellent public schools and a reasonable cost-of-living.
