Pediatric Physician Employment Opportunity. Option to work five 8 hour shifts OR four 10 hour shifts.
Clinic located in new Hospital, completed in July 2010. Clinic is closed on weekends and all tribal holidays.

We are searching for a 5th Pediatrician to join our Ada Clinic. Call will be 1 in 5 (one weeknight and every 5th weekend). This is a full-time employment opportunity. Other hospital specialty clinics include Family Practice, Internal Medicine, OB/Gyn, General Surgery, Orthopaedic Surgery, ENT, Psychiatry and Endocrinology. The Clinic is located inside the new 72-bed hospital facility.
This position requires completion of an Allopathic or Osteopathic Medical School and a U.S. accredited three-year residency program in Pediatrics. Candidate must be board eligible. The preferred candidate will be board certified and have at least three years of post-residency experience.
Ada is nestled in the green hill country of south central Oklahoma. With a population of 20,000, this growing city has a variety of amenities including local restaurants, shops, movie theatre, an increasing number of recognizable branded businesses (i.e., The Home Depot, etc.) and a four-year university with a variety of athletic and cultural offerings. Ada is only 1 hour from a metropolitan area. The Oklahoma City Airport is approximately 1.5 hours away and the DFW (Dallas/Ft. Worth) International Airport is less than 2.5 hours.

The Chickasaw Nation Department of Health includes the new Chickasaw Nation Medical Center, a 72-bed hospital facility, and four satellite clinics, all within one hour of the main hospital. As a compacted tribal facility, we serve any citizen of a federally recognized tribe.
