Responsible for ensuring initial treatment plans are completed and in compliance with facility policies and procedures, and TJC/CMS standards
Responsible for monitoring treatment plan updates and ensuring they are complete
Monitors and reports on treatment planning process and documentation
Responsible for assisting with admissions and discharges when time allows
Responsible for assisting with patient advocacy when assistance is needed
