The BridgeWay is currently seeking a dynamic nursing professional to join the team.
The Admissions Nurse primary role is to complete the nursing assessments on new admissions within the hospital. These assessments will be completed on the identified patient units and/or in the Assessment and Referral Department. This position will coordinate with the nursing supervisor and the Assessment and Referral Department to determine where the new admissions are located within the facility. This position will also assist with patient searches and other processes related to admitting new patients. If no new admissions are available the RN will be asked to help in other areas as needed.Â
