This position is full-time and outpatient only & some of the other benefits include:
Area hospitalists and neonatologists cover inpatients and newborn nursery
After hours call is approximately once every 10 days with an answering service after 10 pm
We are located in an area close to the beautiful beaches of Anna Maria Island and Siesta Key famous for their sugary white sand

Examine, assess, prescribe, and treat pediatric patients
Educate our patients on preventative care & prescribed treatments
Collaborate with care team in assessing, planning, and implementing the patient’s care plan

What you need to bring to this role:
Current Florida License (Board Certified or Board Eligible preferred)
Current DEA Certificate
Member of National Practitioner Data Bank Query
Minimum of 2 years’ pediatric experience preferred
Excellent active listening and interpersonal skills

Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
Athena EHR experience a plus
