The Emory + Children’s Pediatric Institute, Inc. (Emory University, Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta) is expanding to meet the needs of a growing pediatric community. The team is now recruiting board certified pediatricians to care for hospitalized children at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta at Egleston in either a full-time or part-time capacity. Our Hospitalist Program forms a partnership between community physicians and our hospitalist pediatricians to guarantee that children, especially those with particularly difficult diagnoses, get the care they deserve.
•Board certified/eligible and licensed/eligible to practice medicine in the state of Georgia.
•Current DEA registration.
•Meets eligibility requirements for credentialing as part of the Children's Healthcare of Atlanta Professional Staff.
•PALS certification is required.
•Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families and as a team member.
At the Emory + Children’s Pediatric Institute, more than 350 Emory faculty members cover 30 specialties. Our staff is involved with pediatric clinical care, teaching, research and child advocacy efforts, treating patients at a variety of clinics and hospitals throughout metro Atlanta.
