Academic General Pediatrician The Department of Pediatrics, General Ambulatory Pediatrics & Adolescent Medicine Section at the Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in New Orleans currently has an immediate opening for a Pediatrician at the rank of Assistant Professor or Associate Professor (non-tenure, clinical track). This is an academic clinical-educator position. Clinical duties will include teaching residents and medical and health professional students primarily in a combination of Pediatric Continuity Clinics and/or, Well-Baby nursery, as well as other pediatric ambulatory and inpatient locations as needed. This is an exciting and interesting academic position with opportunities for leadership in a growing Section in a strong and vibrant Department of Pediatrics. Academic rank will be determined by the candidate’s credentials and experience.
