The Division of Neonatology at Seattle Children’s Hospital is seeking BC/BE pediatricians to staff Children’s-affiliated level II and level III/IV NICU units in the greater Seattle area as Neonatal Hospitalists. Responsibilities include delivery attendance and well newborn care, independent intensive care management of moderate-acuity level II infants, common neonatal procedures, and critical care of neonates with direct neonatologist supervision. The position includes academic appointment within the UW Division of Neonatology in the role of Clinical Instructor.
Primary site of practice is Highline Medical Center (Burien, WA) with a 6-bed level II NICU and active delivery and well-baby service. Level III/IV NICU experience will be at Valley Medical Center (Renton, WA) and Seattle Children’s.
