Our physicians continue to be instrumental in evolving health care at the local, regional, and national level. In May 2016, we were the national recipient of the Center for Medicare & Medicaid Services Comprehensive Primary Care Champion Award for the State of Oregon.
We are actively engaged in the integration of cost-effective comprehensive medical, mental, and dental health services for patients in our rural area through innovative efforts culminating in the creation of a local community care organization (CCO) to achieve these aims. These are exciting times to be a primary care provider in Southern Oregon! We would love to discuss these endeavors with applicants who resonate with what we are co-creating in our region.

We are one hour north of the California border, and within two hours of Redwood National Park, Crater Lake National Park, and the Oregon coast.
