The Allegheny Health Network (AHN) Department of Pediatrics is recruiting a Neonatal Hospitalist to join our team located at West Penn Hospital Neonatology.
Participate in all aspects of family-centered NICU care as a member of the multidisciplinary WPH NICU team. Participate in work rounds, admissions, discharge planning. Provide family education, facilitate timely discharges, complete EHR documentation, and provide discharge sign out upon transition of care to follow-up primary care physicians.
Non-Clinical Responsibilities: Participate in educational and Quality Improvement activities. Job Qualifications:
Board Eligible or Board Certified
Prior experience in Newborn Medicine/NICU care, pathophysiology, neonatal preferred.
