Nemours is seeking a TeleImaging Business Partner (Full-Time), to join our team in either Wilmington, Delaware or Orlando, Florida.
As the birthplace of the Nemours healthcare system, the Nemours/Alfred I. duPont Hospital for Children in Wilmington, Del. honors our legacy of delivering exceptional care to the children of the Delaware Valley and beyond. Ranked among the nation’s best pediatric hospitals by U.S. News & World Report and honored with the ANCC’s Magnet Designation for excellence in nursing practice, we offer intensive and acute inpatient and outpatient services covering more than 30 pediatric specialties. In October, we will complete a multi-phase hospital expansion that will include new inpatient rooms, Pediatric Intensive Care Unit and Emergency Department. Additionally, Nemours duPont Pediatrics allows us to reach more children across the region through community-based physician services and collaborative partnerships with health and hospital systems.
Teleimaging Business Partner collaborates with Nemours and external Teleimaging partners to ensure that all business and clinical aspects of Teleimaging services are delivered to meet requirements as timely and as efficiently as possible. Builds strong working relationships and acts as a liaison with customers to create a partnership and shared vision. Strives to understand and minimize Teleimaging Informatics impacts to Operations while working to improve processes using CI principles.
Position can be located in either Wilmington, Delaware or Orlando, Florida.
Represent Nemours in collaborations with external partner operations to assist with planning processes as it relates to teleimaging, in the support of Nemours & External local clinical and business requirements, and with others as needed at the Enterprise level.
Partners with Enterprise Imaging Informatics and other IT resources to define scope and functionality of requests, serving as a conduit between the customer community and Nemours.
Facilitate best practices and quality assurance efforts on behalf of Nemours clinical and business operations at implementation as well as throughout the partner relationship.
Regular site visits to build and maintain close relationships with the business and clinical units.
Analyze and resolve or mitigate escalated issues that have the potential to jeopardize the ability to meet agreed upon deliverables or service levels.
Initiates communication and collaboration with customers to assess information gathered from multiple sources to analyze needs and set reasonable customer expectations regarding scope, cost and timing.
Serve as an integral part of the Business Development team and participate in such strategies which expand the outreach of Nemours Teleimaging service lines.
Actively pursues opportunities to expand teleimaging service lines by way of establishing new partner relationships and/or expanding on existing services.
Identify and target appropriate community referral sources for increased referrals and admissions to Nemours services and facilities.
Bachelor's Degree required.
Minimum of three (3) years experience required.
Possess a professional caliber to reflect an executive level professionalism and be someone who can act and be perceived as Senior Leadership.
Effective communication skills and responsiveness with the ability to listen, respond, and share information in a way that gets results. Teleimaging Business Partner must be articulate, trustworthy, flexible and a creative thinker with the ability to problem solve and troubleshoot.
Teleimaging Business Partner must be a relationship seller with the ability to create a dialogue-based, consultative, long-term partnership with the community referral sources and their staff.
