Floating Hospital for Children at Tufts Medical Center, Boston, MA – is seeking a Physician Director of Community Pediatrics. The Director of Community Pediatrics will work closely with Floating Hospital leadership and our New England Quality Care Alliance (NEQCA) network leadership, to facilitate communication and access between Floating and its referring providers. The goal of the Director is to act as a liaison between Floating Hospital for Children and our referring providers to realize the Quadruple Aim goals of better health, better care, lower costs, and higher clinician satisfaction. The successful candidate will build relationships with internal and external partners and help drive improved clinical integration between Floating Hospital and its referring providers and communities. The Director is expected to spend 50% of the time working clinically and 50% performing their administrative, leadership role, although this can be flexible. The position is based at Floating Hospital at Tufts Medical Center but will require travel to offsite locations. The candidate will have credentials to perform successfully in a leadership role.
