All Psych Associates and RNs report to a nurse manager
The float pool consists ofapproximately 30 RNs and 60 Psych Associates
The behavioral floatpool RN is responsible for providing comprehensive care to unstable/stable patients within the Behavioral Health department. Floatpool RNs are able to demonstrate their flexibility in the work environment and prompt response to changes in workload and assignments, as they are trained to work on multiple different units and serve a wide variety of patients.
The float pool serves a wide spectrum of patients within the Behavioral Health department including child/adolescents, adults, and seniors.

Assess, Plan, Implement and evaluate nursing care to ensure quality patient care in accordance with the missions and philosophy of Fairview Behavioral Services. Behavioral experience preferred.
