We have an enticing opportunity for a full-time BC/BE neonatologist to join our national group practice in Alexandria, Louisiana.

• The group practices in a new 20-single-bed Level-III NICU with an ADC of 11 at Christus St. Frances Cabrini Hospital
• We provide a challenging clinical environment, inclusive of conventional and high-frequency ventilation, body cooling and an active transport service
• Clinical responsibilities include attendance at high-risk deliveries, admitting and rounding on patients, newborn nursery coverage, post-op surgical care and CQI projects and weekly high-risk developmental follow-up clinic
• Our staff is supported by six in-house neonatal nurse practitioners and two neonatologists, who alternate out-of-house call weekly, providing for a great work/life balance
• The unit was the first among 9 parishes in Central Louisiana to be designated with a Level-III regional status
