Abrazo West Campus (located at 136th Avenue and McDowell Road in Goodyear) is a 188-bed acute care hospital serving the healthcare needs of the residents of the southwest Valley since September 2003. Abrazo West Campus has been recognized for high standards of quality and safe patient care by being named a recipient of the Women�s Choice Award as one of America�s Best Hospitals in Emergency Care. They are also accredited by The Joint Commission and are a Joint Commission-designated Primary Stroke Center and accredited Chest Pain Center. Physical Therapist Per Diem Day Shift: Plans and modifies treatment programs. Works with neonatal through geriatric patients with clinical competency, as applicable. Completes established competencies for the position within designated introductory period. Other related duties as assigned.
Responsibilities:
Provides physical therapy services to patients
Administers tests and treatments
Develops realistic functional goals based on patient and/or family expectations
Uses appropriate modalities and procedures correctly demonstrating knowledge of indications and contraindications.
Responsible for the administration, interpretation and evaluation of tests and measurements.

Education Required: Bachelor�s Degree in Physical Therapy or Doctorate Physical Therapy based on state requirements.
