| Description Job Summary: The Registered Nurse with Vanderbilt Home Care Services, applies the nursing process to plan and implement the care of patients, including patient and family education and continuum of care planning. As a Registered Nurse with the intermittent team, you will visit approximately 4 to 6 patients at their homes throughout your shift, providing the best patient care. The patients will be within 3-5 zip codes. Pediatric patients may be included. There is a mileage allowance with this position. The Registered Nurse with Home Care effectively communicates pertinent patient/family information to the health care team. Collaborates in establishing patient goals and evaluates progress to ensure effective outcomes. Furthers professional growth by engaging in learning activities according to the Board of Nursing standards. $5000 Sign On Bonus, mileage allowance.
