Mid Dakota Clinic is seeking a full-time BE/BC Pediatrician for an established pediatric practice at our Gateway Mall location in north Bismarck. Our multi-specialty clinic of 49 physicians and 24 advanced practice providers was founded by physicians from the area in 1971 and continues to be physician-owned. You will work with a remarkable team, including OB/GYNs and urgent care providers who help feed the practice.

Duties include all aspects of routine outpatient and hospital care of newborns, infants, children, and adolescents
Physicians work a 4.5-day workweek with clinic hours of 8am-5pm, M-F
Patient volume and workflow allow for an excellent work-life balance
Onsite diagnostic services include lab and x-ray
Primary nursing model where physicians work primarily with the same CNA/CMA/LPN/RN

First year income guarantee, or the Clinic’s RVU production-based income, whichever is greater

CME allowance of $6k the first year, thereafter $6k + 1% of previous year’s salary (capped at $10,500)

Long-Term Disability policies
First is a guaranteed (no medical exam) group LTD policy

Short-Term Disability (less than 90 days) supplements the physician’s production income if necessary
