Nemours Children's Health in Orlando FL seeking a full-time pediatric psychologist to join our growing team in the Department of Primary Care Behavioral Health in Orlando, Florida.

We are excited to announce an opening for a full-time pediatric psychologist that will serve as the Clinical Director of Primary Care Integrated Behavioral Health.

The Clinical Director will be a licensed pediatric psychologist engaged in patient care and responsible for oversight of the delivery of behavioral health services in the Integrated Behavioral Health (IBH) service line for Children’s Health Alliance, LLC (a.k.a CHA or Nemours Children’s Health- Florida Primary Care).

The focus of the position is to serve as the clinical supervisor of mental health services provided within Nemours primary care clinics. Responsibilities include training and clinical supervision of licensed clinical therapists (masters-level mental health providers) who will support their physician colleagues in triaging and managing child and adolescent mental health concerns as presented within the primary care environment. The psychologist will also serve within a clinical role, providing triage or brief interventions, conducting brief psychoeducational or psychological testing as needed. Furthermore, this position will work to make certain the primary care mental health activities are congruent with and support the mission of the Nemours Foundation. Educational opportunities such as continuing education presentations, Grand Rounds, and multidisciplinary ethics rounds also are available.

Required qualifications include:

• Ph.D./Psy.D from an APA-approved clinical psychology program with at least one year of health/pediatric fellowship
• Predoctoral Internship from an APA-approved site
• Preferred but not required experience in integrated behavioral health and/or behavioral health program development
• Minimum 5 years of postdoctoral experience in child/pediatric psychology.
• Preference to applicants who have had pediatric psychology training in their graduate programs.
• Applicants must be licensed or license-eligible in Florida
