Sacred Heart Children's Hospital is seeking a board-certified pediatrician to continue the growth of care for patients with medically complex and palliative-care needs. Sacred Heart Children's Hospital provides comprehensive and coordinated care for children with complex medical needs in a consultative model, in collaboration with community and specialty providers. This physician roll will be providing medical consultation to children with complex health care and end-of-life needs.

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in the care of children with medical complexity, symptom management and end of life care preferred
• Potential for split position between pediatric hematology/oncology and palliative care for applicants that are double boarded.
• Position provides out-patient and in-patient consultations
• Team consists of 3 pediatric RN coordinators, 1 pediatric social worker and 1 pediatric palliative/complex care physician
