Pediatric Endocrinology Opportunity

Prisma Health, the largest not-for-profit healthcare provider in South Carolina, has an opening for a BC/BE Pediatric Endocrinologist.  We are looking for a candidate with post-fellowship clinical experience who will be eligible for the designation of Assistant or Associate Professor. 

Details:

• Join a collaborative team of two full-time and two part-time Pediatric Endocrinologists as well as Advanced Practitioners
• Enjoy support from onsite diabetes educators, registered dieticians and an array of social work and other support services.
• provide full spectrum care in both inpatient and outpatient settings at multiple practice locations.
• Work closely with several community partners and participates in community education, integration with school nursing care and camp opportunities for children with diabetes.
• Opportunity for research includes active trials with TrialNet, SEARCH, and the Pediatric Diabetes Consortium. We have solid research nursing, research administration, a separate research facility, and extensive grant-building support. We work in conjunction with our medical school as mentors, teachers, and preceptors. Further, our Pediatric and Medicine-Pediatric residency programs have a long history of excellent instruction and results.
