Dover Pediatrics is looking to hire a full time BE/BC pediatrician.  We are  5 board certified Pediatricians in the Seacoast of New Hampshire looking for a 6th provider with 1 year track to full partnership.  Despite the difficulty practicing during the pandemic, we have continued to grow.  Dover Pediatrics was founded 75 years ago by Robert Wilson, MD, and this practice continues to provide comprehensive medical care for infants through adolescents.  We are an NCQA certified medical home with Behavioral Health distinction.  We have 1.5 FTE behavioral health specialists imbedded in our practice who are available for real time consults and therapy.  In addition, we have a care coordinator who helps us manage our patients with special needs, helping to coordinate with insurance companies, specialty care and schools.  For our infants we provide lactation with a FTE IBCLC with many years experience. 

Our standard work week is 4 days per week, and call will be 1 in 6.  Call includes seeing same day sick visits, and providing ER consults at Wentworth Douglass Hospital, which is affiliated with Mass General Brigham.  We are also the pediatric hospitalists at this hospital, so we admit and round on the pediatric patients when we are on call.  We have NNP coverage in the nursery which is an MGB level 2 nursery, therefore we don't attend deliveries or manage sick newborns. It is a great combination of primary care outpatient and inpatient Pediatrics.
