Newborn Care Physicians of Southeastern Wisconsin (NCP) is recruiting BC/BE neonatologists for full and/or part-time positions.  NCP is a large, physician-owned, private neonatology practice in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.  NCP staffs a total of 6 level III NICUs and 8 level II NICUs in large healthcare systems throughout southeastern Wisconsin. The level III units offer state of the art NICU care, including HFOV, nitric oxide, whole body cooling, transport team, multiple pediatric subspecialists, maternal-fetal medicine specialists and developmental follow-up clinics. Our group also participates in clinical research trials and our level III units are members of Vermont-Oxford Network. There are opportunities for clinical research, QI, and administrative leadership roles. Our ideal candidate would be a physician with excellent clinical skills, bedside manner, and works well with the neonatal care team.
