We are a small, independent pediatrics practice located in central San Diego looking for a board certified/board eligible pediatrician to join our team.  Ideal candidate is a friendly team-player who practices evidence-based medicine and values developing relationships with patients and their families.  Excellent payor mix allows us to have a lighter schedule while being available for our patients.  Enjoy the flexibility of working in a smaller practice and maintain work-life balance.  This position is all out-patient, office hours 9-5 Monday through Friday, option for full or part-time.  No hospital or newborn rounding, and no weekend appointments.  We offer a competitive salary, paid vacation time, medical benefits, malpractice and license fees, and 401K with match and profit-sharing.
