Primary Care Pediatric Expanded Access

Prisma Health, the largest not-for-profit healthcare provider in South Carolina, seeks full time BC or BE Pediatricians to join a strong team providing quality pediatric care in a new expanded access primary care site.  

Details:

• Pediatric program is staffed 9 am- 9 pm weekdays and 12 noon – 6 pm on Saturday and Sunday
• Part-time and full-time positions are available with variable schedules including nights and weekends.
• Practice will be a combination of well child panel and acute outpatient care. Point of care testing available on site
• No on-call or after hour call duties
• The schedule can be flexible since multiple physicians work together.
• The schedule allows for a great quality of life as you only work 12 hr or 6 hr shifts

The Department of Pediatrics has a record of academic achievement, financial success, and high faculty morale. The Department along with our Children’s Hospital presently provide 500,000 patient encounters annually with 7,500 admissions and over 30,000 pediatric emergency room visits. The department has 18 divisions, is actively growing with planned new programs and faculty hires throughout. While primarily teaching clinicians, some faculty are engaged in research with infrastructure support.
