Pediatrics Northwest, P.S. is an established private practice group in the South Sound seeking General Pediatricians for our busy Tacoma, Federal Way and Gig Harbor offices. We have a unique practice that consists of 28 general pediatricians, 5 ARNP’s as well as Pediatric Specialists in Allergy, Immunology, Pulmonology & Sleep Medicine. We are affiliated with Mary Bridge Children’s Hospital with a robust group of specialist, emergency and inpatient teams who serve our patients. We have four office locations with two in Tacoma, Federal Way and Gig Harbor. We also have a footprint in Chehalis,
Centralia and Covington.
Our practice philosophy is one that prioritizes our patients, high quality of care, and community involvement. We accept all patients regardless of their socioeconomic status/insurance. The Pediatrics Northwest mission is dedicated to partnering with children, families & our communities to improve the physical, social, developmental, and emotional wellbeing of all infants, children, and teens, so they are empowered to live their healthiest life possible. We are determined to grow in our practice of evidence-based medicine with an ethical, equitable and effective approach, while promoting healthy communities and reducing health inequities.
Our unique practice is seeking like-minded, motivated physicians to join us. Our full-time physicians are 4 days per week. We have Saturday and Sunday hours (8-1pm) to serve our patient needs. Call is approximately 1:26 on weekdays(pager only) and 1 weekend day per 6-8 weeks (8-1pm). Our desire is to provide a work-life balance that promotes healthy, engaged physicians.
We offer competitive salaries and benefit programs. Currently looking for full FTE (4 days per week) and 2-3 day/week providers.
Federal Way has a unique need for a (preferably Spanish Speaking) physician-May 2023 (This position would involve inheriting an established panel as well as room to grow, 2-4 days/wk)
Gig Harbor has a unique need for a part-time (2-3 day) physician Summer 2023 (this position would allow growth of the practice as our current physicians are full and can not accept more patients)
Tacoma (Baker Center at Mary Bridge Children’s) has a unique need for a physician starting Spring/Summer 2023 and another Summer/Fall 2023 (both of these positions would be to replace retiring/departing clinicians and would involve an established panel, 3-4 day/wk)
We are eagerly pursuing candidates from historically underrepresented groups as we seek to build a physician group that mirrors our diverse community and patient population.
Upcoming graduates are encouraged to apply as well as experienced Pediatricians.
Pediatrics Northwest is busy and growing, recent new hires have filled their panels in just months. If you’re interested in learning more about our practice, please contact Ryann Robinson, Director of Human Resources at rrobinson@pedsnw.net.
