Seeking a general pediatrician to join our fun and friendly work environment at Milestones Pediatrics in Oakland, NJ. Applicants should be passionate about providing the most up-to-date care for patients, from birth to age 21. We are a privately-owned, small practice with one location, and physicians do not have any inpatient rounds or nursery duties. Overnight phone call is shared among four doctors, as well as shortened weekend office hours which are typically for newborns and sick visits only. Milestones Pediatrics was founded in 2009 with zero patients as a solo practice, and after the first few years, has been a 4-5 physician practice. Priority is placed on the quality and continuity of care, in the best interest of our patients. Physicians work as a team paired with a nurse
