Advanced Practice Provider (Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner)
Job Summary In accordance with state and federal law and under the direction and supervision of clinic physician(s) and in accordance with established policies, procedures, organizational objectives, and protocols, the Advance Practice Provider provides patient care which includes but is not limited to medical examination, consultation, diagnosis, treatment, referral, and education. Essential Functions Elicits medical history and conducts physical exam on patients to provide health assessment and screen for abnormal conditions.
