The Department of Pediatrics, Rutgers-Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital (RWJUH), and RWJBarnabas Health are seeking a trained Pediatric Hospitalist for a faculty position in New Brunswick, NJ. The candidate will be privileged to participate in clinical, teaching, and other academic responsibilities within the Division and the Department of Pediatrics. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated physician who is passionate about academic medicine, clinical and lab research. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic career-oriented physician that enjoys caring for children with a wide variety of conditions including those that are medically complex. Ideal candidates will be joining a busy and growing practice delivering comprehensive care. A core function of the pediatric hospitalist will be to support a team-based approach, inclusive of communication with case managers, social workers, bed managers, and others to ensure appropriate patient-centered transitions of care. Moreover, the pediatric hospitalist will work extensively with the case management, social work, bed management, and pharmacy teams to assist in patient and family communications and care planning

Board-certified/Board-eligible in Pediatrics
NJ licensed or eligible for licensure in NJ
