What We Offer:
Opportunity: Full Time position, seeing patients Monday-Friday, with flexible on-call schedule and pediatric call center assistance. You will be part of a group that will provide clinical expertise in the evaluation and management of childhood development, behavioral and psychosocial issues. In addition, in this role you will work with and outreach to interested community groups, including schools, childcare programs, parent groups, and help support our broader community based services for the special needs population.
Diverse Patient Population: Treat patients from birth through 18 years of age with a wide range of syndromes, genetic mutations, learning disabilities, and other conditions
Balanced Workload: A typical day includes seeing 3 new patients and 5 follow-up patients
Support Staff: Psychologist, Social Worker, Technical and Administrative Staff, including certified interpreters
Academic Environment: Engage in a rich teaching environment with academic involvement with pediatric residents and students from two medical schools

Comprehensive Pediatric Care: We offer a full range of medical and surgical pediatric subspecialty care, supported by top pediatric intensivists and neonatologists
Advanced Units: Our facilities include a 54-bed neonatal ICU, an inpatient pediatric unit with a dedicated epilepsy monitoring unit, and a 14-bed pediatric ICU with step-down

Candidate Requirements
Fellowship trained in Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrics or Pediatric Neurology
Board-certified or board-eligible in Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrics or Pediatric Neurology
MD or DO New Jersey licensed or eligible for licensure
