Practice Medical Directorat Brand New Pediatrix Primary + Urgent Care
We are looking to hire a passionate and energetic pediatrician to serve as practice medical director for brand-new pediatric primary + urgent care facilities throughout Denver.
Overview
Practice responsibilities:
Supervise and manage clinical personnel, including physicians and mid-level providers.
Ensure coverage needs and facilitate group meetings to assess physician performance and promote ownership within the practice.
Quality management:
Assist with clinical practice guidelines and quality improvement initiatives.
Review care quality, clinical issues, and customer satisfaction.
Represent the Company effectively to community groups, hospitals, universities, and others.
Assist in evaluating and developing new programs and recruiting new physicians.
Schedule and administrative time:
Practice Medical Directors have one designated administrative day per week, which is used to attend meetings, complete administrative duties, and serve as backup clinician.
Additional administrative days may be designated as needed, subject to clinical coverage availability.
Clinics located in Lone Tree, Aurora, and Lakewood
Qualifications:
Board-certified Pediatrician with at least three years of experience
Demonstrated clinical excellence and patient care skills
Strong communication and leadership skills, including writing and public speaking abilities, and ability to interact with hospital staff and other professionals.

Benefits
Compensation Range: $165,000 - 198,000 (1,612 annual hours, 31 hours per week) per year based on years of experience, plus an extra hours hourly rate, plus an annual medical director stipend
