Children’s Wisconsin, in collaboration with the Medical College of Wisconsin, is seeking board-certified/board-eligible pediatricians to become part of the Division of Pediatrics Hospitalist Medicine Program for locations in southcentral Milwaukee and northeastern Neenah, Wisconsin.

OPPORTUNTIES

Academic - Children’s Wisconsin - Milwaukee, Wisconsin

• Provide 24/7 in-house coverage of pediatric patients on the acute care floor
• ACGME accredited 2-year pediatric hospital medicine fellowship program
• Robust pediatric residency program
• Appointment rank will be commensurate with experience.

 Community-based - Children’s Wisconsin – Neenah, Wisconsin

• Provide in-house coverage for pediatric acute care floor, nursery rounds, attend high-risk deliveries, and infusion clinic; with support of 24/7 onsite NICU coverage
• Full-time physician can expect to provide 6-7 24-hour shifts per month
• Supported by sub-specialists on Milwaukee campus with Childrens’ transport team accessible
• Opportunity to participate in medical education. Research and QI work supported but not mandatory

 Candidate Expectations:

• Outstanding clinicians dedicated to the care of hospitalized children and their families
• Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team
• Board-certified/board-eligible in General Pediatrics and/or Pediatric Hospital Medicine
• Fellowship, advanced training or hospital medicine experience preferred.
