Southern Oregon Pediatrics
Welcome to Southern Oregon Pediatrics, a leading independent pediatric medical practice dedicated to providing exceptional healthcare for children in Southern Oregon and Northern California. We are the largest pediatric medical group in Southern Oregon and our 10 pediatricians are committed to delivering personalized and comprehensive medical care to ensure the well-being of children from infancy through adolescence. We are currently seeking skilled pediatricians to join our dynamic team who share our commitment to provide exceptional health care services to our community.
Located in the heart of the Rogue Valley, an area known for its stunning landscapes and diverse attractions, our practice combines top-notch medical expertise with the unique charm of the region. Surrounded by the beauty of rolling hills, lush vineyards, and the scenic Rogue River, our location reflects the warmth and welcoming nature of our practice. The clinic is set in an incredible location between 2 mountain ranges on the I-5 corridor with a 2-hour drive to the Oregon Coast, the Redwood National Forest or Crater Lake, less than an hour to many rivers and mountains, including a local ski mountain, and 4-5 hours from Portland and the Columbia River Gorge to the north or Sacramento/San Fransisco to the south. The Oregon Shakespeare Festival and Britt Festival run spring through fall providing local access to music, comedy, and theater. There are multiple connecting flights each day to major hubs from Rogue Valley International – Medford Airport.
Our pediatricians enjoy exceptional compensation, comprehensive benefits, and a supportive work environment. Spanish-speaking opportunities exist. Both full-time and part-time positions are available, all of which earn well above the national average in salary. In addition, we offer a generous sign-on bonus and a moving allowance to help you get started. Moreover, partner status is available after the first year, offering an opportunity for long-term growth and leadership within our practice.
Our skilled multidisciplinary team includes two Physician Assistants (PAs) who work closely with our pediatricians to extend the reach of our services, ensuring that every child receives timely and thorough medical attention. We have a full-time IBCLC certified lactation consultant who provides exceptional support. Additionally, our practice includes two dedicated behavioral health specialists who play a vital role in addressing the emotional and mental well-being of our young patients and their families.
