We are actively recruiting for a Pediatric Chief Resident in the Department of Pediatrics at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSKCC), MSK Kids. The chief resident is vital to resident education, overall inpatient care at MSK, and acts as an advocate for trainees in conjunction with programmatic needs and functions. The chief resident coordinates schedules for and supervises all rotating resident staff and medical students. In addition to administrative responsibilities, the pediatric chief resident is actively engaged in the clinical, educational, and research activities of the department. Applicants should be on track to complete, or already have completed, training in an ACGME accredited Pediatric Residency Program and should be ready to begin their chief residency on July 1st, 2023. Preference will be given to applicants with experience caring for pediatric inpatients with malignancies or in a critical care setting.
