Opportunity Highlights:
- The assistant program director will work closely with the PD to establish expectations for fellows and faculty in effort to foster a healthy learning environment that provides fellows with models for learning, including simulation, didactic teaching and one-on-one tutoring sessions as necessary.
- Help the program director implement models for fellow wellness and reinforce channels for communication between fellows and attendings.

Teaching services see 12-15 patients per day. Night calls are taken from home through a shared call rotation averaging two nights of home call per service week.

The department offers a comprehensive group of pediatric subspecialists, pediatric surgical subspecialists, and pediatric ancillary services available for inpatient and outpatient consultation.
