At Imagine Pediatrics, we are reimagining pediatric care by combining innovation, technology, and a compassionate, team-based approach to support families when and where they need it.

Manage a panel of complex pediatric patients: Oversee care plans, collaborate with PCPs and specialists, and ensure comprehensive care coordination
Lead a multidisciplinary team: Partner with nurses, pharmacists, dietitians, and social workers to provide wraparound care in a virtual-first model
Serve as the face of Imagine Pediatrics in Louisiana: Represent Imagine in external forums, engage with local medical communities, and advocate for value-based, home-centered care
Deliver high-quality virtual care: Conduct virtual enrollment visits, acute escalations, sick visits, post-hospital follow-ups, and in-home virtual assessments with support from our Mobile Integrated Care team (paramedics).
Ensure continuity of care: Bridge care gaps, coordinate prescriptions, and streamline referrals to remove barriers to timely treatment
Empower families: Support and educate caregivers as they navigate complex care needs and long-term health journeys
