Pediatric Search Partners is seeking a compassionate Board Certified/Board Eligible Pediatrician to join Dr. Roma Franzia’s Pediatric Practice, a highly successful, well-established pediatric practice in picturesque Winnetka, Illinois on the shores of Lake Michigan.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a pediatrician who values personalized, relationship-based care and would appreciate joining a trusted private practice with a waiting list and a long-standing reputation for warmth, accessibility, and patient-centered service. Since 1999, Dr. Franzia has cared for children and families on Chicago’s North Shore, building a successful practice that serves more than 1,000 children and 500 families.

Dr. Franzia’s philosophy is practicing medicine “the way it used to be” — taking time with families, caring for children as individuals, and creating a pediatric home where patients feel safe, comfortable, happy, and empowered at every visit - including custom animal exam tables, toys for siblings, and even beloved “Nemo” and “Dory” in the waiting room fish tank.

The ideal candidate will be someone who appreciates the rare opportunity to join a distinctive, highly regarded practice and build meaningful long-term relationships with children and families. This opening is due to the upcoming retirement of a physician as well as a significant and growing patient base.

Dr. Franzia’s practice has long-standing connections to pediatric subspecialists at Ann & Robert H.
