Sunshine Pediatrics of Florida has proudly served our community since 2007, with four convenient locations in Lutz, Tampa, Wesley Chapel, and Zephyrhills.

We are currently seeking a Full-Time General Pediatrician to join our team at our Lutz office. Join a well-established, community-focused practice dedicated to providing high-quality pediatric care.

Position Highlights:

• Board Certified / Board Eligible Pediatrician Full-time position
• No hospital rounding Call schedule: 1 in 4
• Weekend hours: Once per month (Saturday 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM)

Compensation & Benefits: 

• Starting salary: $200,000+ (negotiable based on experience and full-time status) + $5,000 bonus after 6 month evaluation
• Malpractice coverage provided 401(k) with employer matching Insurance stipend
• 80 hours PTO first year
• Student Loan Contribution Program (eligible after 1 year of employment)
• CME allowance of $1000
