Northwest Permanente, PC is seeking board-certified or board-eligible Pediatricians to join our medical group in the Portland, OR metropolitan area. We offer full-time and part-time opportunities, including cross-cover and paneling roles.

Ideal candidates will have experience with telehealth and digital health or the adaptability to integrate these into their practice. Additionally, applicants should have experience providing wellness care and managing acute visits.

Compensation & Benefits: Our Pediatricians enjoy a competitive projected annual total rewards value of $309,300 - $356,800, which includes:

- Salary: Competitive and based on assigned FTE and years of experience
- Retirement Contributions: 21% employer contribution to retirement programs, including pension (no match required—NWP directly contributes 21% of clinician earnings)

- Education Support: Paid annual education leave + annual education allowance
