A rural health clinic in Northern California, 30 minutes outside of Redding, is seeking a BE/BC Pediatrician to join its team. Work alongside 4 Pediatricians who deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care. Opportunity: • Option for a 4- or 5-day work week • Outpatient-based practice with light call and no weekends • Work-Life Balance Friendly position with 15–25 patients per day • $260,000 Base Salary with Comprehensive Benefits including retention bonus, relocation, PTO, CME, licensure, and malpractice 100% coverage • J1/H1b Eligible • New Graduates and Experienced Pediatricians Welcomed!
