Job SummarySt. Christopher's Hospital for Children is seeking a motivated Pediatric Cardiologist with expertise in imaging to join our rapidly expanding Heart Center. With the recent relaunch of our cardiac surgical program and new leadership in both cardiology and cardiac surgery, we are entering an exciting period of growth and innovation. The ideal candidate will bring passion, energy, and a commitment to advancing care for children and adults with congenital heart disease..
Highlights:
- Lead and direct the cardiac CT/MR service for pediatric and adult congenital heart disease patients.
- Perform inpatient and outpatient pediatric cardiology evaluations and testing, including ECGs, echocardiograms, ambulatory electrocardiography, and exercise stress testing.
- Share inpatient consultative service, outpatient clinic, and on-call responsibilities with a collaborative team of cardiologists.
- Opportunity to participate in the fetal echocardiography program.
- Engage in academic medicine, including clinical research and teaching.
- Academic appointment at Drexel University College of Medicine available at the Assistant, Associate, or Professor level, commensurate with experience.
- Teach and mentor medical students from Drexel, pediatric residents, and fellows in the NICU and PICU and Emergency Medicine fellowship programs.
- Collaborate in a Heart Center that features:
- A dedicated pediatric cardiac catheterization/electrophysiology lab with state-of-the-art biplane fluoroscopy and 3D electroanatomic mapping.
- Advance imaging technology including a Canon/Toshiba Aquillon 80-slice CT for Cardiac CTA and a GE 450W 1.5 MRI for morphology and flow mapping studies.

Qualifications
Board certified / board eligible in Pediatric Cardiology and have advanced training in pediatric/adult congenital cross sectional imaging.
Prefer candidates with experience advanced cardiac imaging (cardiac MRI and CT)
