Pediatric Infectious Diseases – Part-Time Clinical Associates
Salary Range: $750 - $1500 per shift
The University of Chicago's Department of Pediatrics, Section of Pediatric Infectious Diseases, seeks part-time Clinical Associates to join our expanding Pediatric Infectious Disease group at Comer Children's Hospital at 10% effort. Applicants will have a strong background in pediatric infectious diseases. These positions do not require teaching or scholarly activity. Compensation is dependent upon qualifications. These positions are benefits ineligible.
The Department of Pediatrics is committed to providing superior and compassionate healthcare to all children. We strive to provide an education and training experience that fosters the next generation of national and international leaders in child health. The department includes more than 130 full-time faculty members, clinical associates, and postdoctoral researchers. UChicago Medicine Comer Children's Hospital is a free standing 165 bed children's hospital with a full complement of pediatric services.
Prior to the start of employment, qualified applicants must: 1) have a medical doctorate or equivalent, 2) hold or be eligible for medical licensure in the State of Illinois, and 3) be Board certified or eligible in Pediatric Infectious Diseases.
