Position Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / PRN
Total Pediatric Care is seeking a compassionate, motivated Pediatrician who is committed to delivering exceptional patient care and becoming an integral part of a collaborative healthcare team. About Our Practice
At Total Pediatric Care, we pride ourselves on creating a warm, family-friendly environment for patients and staff alike. Our team is dedicated to delivering a high-quality experience for every child and family who walks through our doors.
Our clinic also has a strong behavioral health focus, particularly in the care of children with Autism, ADHD, depression, and other behavioral or developmental concerns. Physicians with experience or interest in these areas are highly encouraged to apply, as we strive to provide comprehensive support for children with both medical and behavioral needs.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive pediatric care to infants, children, and adolescents
- Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care with a strong focus on quality and patient safety
- Build trusting relationships with patients and families
- Collaborate closely with medical assistants, staff, and providers to ensure coordinated care
- Support our behavioral health initiatives and care for children with developmental and behavioral needs
- Contribute to a culture of exceptional customer service and patient experience
- Participate in team initiatives that improve care quality and operational excellence
- Serve as a leader and role model within the clinical team
Ideal Candidate
- Board-certified or board-eligible Pediatrician
- Passionate about pediatric care and community health
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset
- Motivated, dependable, and committed to high standards of care
- Interest or experience in behavioral health, Autism, ADHD, or pediatric mental health is a plus
- Interested in growing into leadership roles within the organization
