About the Practice
Leaps & Bounds Pediatrics is a thriving, physician-led private practice serving the Lubbock, TX community, a vibrant regional hub of 300,000 people with a low cost of living and an exceptional quality of life. We are looking for a like-minded pediatrician who is as committed to the science of medicine as they are to the families they serve.
Our practice runs on evidence-based medicine, not convenience, not pressure, not shortcuts. We follow AAP guidelines, support full vaccination, practice judicious antibiotic stewardship, and order only clinically relevant testing. If that's how you trained and how you practice, you'll feel at home here.
We also take quality improvement seriously: our team completes our own QI projects for AAP MOC Part 4 credit, and we actively engage with AAP resources as part of our clinical culture.

Who We're Looking For
You're a pediatrician who leads with humility, works hard, and brings emotional intelligence to every patient interaction and team conversation.
