Valley View Hospital is seeking a skilled, board-certified Pediatrician to join our integrated pediatric program team in Glenwood Springs, CO. In this role, you’ll provide comprehensive outpatient care for newborn to adolescent patients, practicing within an independent health system with strong physician leadership. The pay range for this role is $260,000 - $385,000, based on experience and performance.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide preventative care and chronic disease management
• Perform developmental and behavioral screenings
• Perform inpatient pediatric and newborn coverage responsibilities with a maximum of 24, 24-hour inpatient shifts per year
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and regional referral partners
• Contribute to pediatric program innovation and growth

What You’ll Need:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
• Interest in continuity-focused outpatient pediatrics with a commitment to family-centered, relationship-based care
• Comfort supporting newborn and inpatient pediatric coverage in a collaborative care model
• Experience in rural/community healthcare delivery preferred
