Seeking an excellent full-time (4 weekdays) or part-time (2-3 weekdays) general pediatrician to join our small practice.  Stepping Stones Pediatrics has been established over 25 years in Pueblo, Colorado. We are a busy outpatient primary care practice with 2 physicians.  Call is 1 in 10 weeknights and 1 in 10 weekends, and there is no hospital call or rounding.   A sign-on bonus is available, and salary is guaranteed for the first year. Pueblo is a diverse, family-oriented community boasting over 300 days of sun per year and one of the lowest costs of living among cities in Colorado.  It is home to Lake Pueblo State Park, and lots of great hiking, trail running, mountain and road biking, and water activities.  You can easily spend a day off visiting the mountains or skiing, and the busy city of Colorado Springs is only about a half hour away. Pueblo is home to Colorado State University and the Sangre de Cristo Arts Center.  There is a strong arts community and events that bring visitors from all over the state, such as the Colorado State Fair, Chile and Frijoles Festival, and weekly farmers markets and First Friday Art Festivals.  Pueblo has a lovely local zoo, Children’s Museum, a beautiful downtown Riverwalk area, a vibrant park system, and a Nature and Raptor Center.
